Mind body baby policies & procedures

  1. COVID POLICY: The health and safety of our community is our top priority, and we ask for your assistance in keeping yourself and others safe and healthy during these unprecedented times as wedeal with Covid-19. Mind Body Baby is taking steps to protect our community and in addition, there are steps whereby each person can take charge of their own health and wellness inside our studio. We look forward to continuing to provide a safe and healthy yoga environment for our beloved community.

  2. STAY HOME: If you exhibit cold or flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, or a rise in temperature, please stay home! Keep our community safe. Instructors will be screened and monitored daily.

  3. SURFACES: Our efforts to keep our studio germ free include cleaning and sanitizing countertops, door handles, bathroom fixtures, yoga floors, and often-touched areas every day. We are implementing a strict cleaning procedure that includes cleaning/sanitizing all touch surfaces after each class and as such are allowing more time between classes for this procedure. We encourage you to wash your hands before and after class.

  4. SANITIZATION: We will provide hand sanitizer at the front desk and in bathrooms along with sanitizing wipes in both studios. Non-toxic sanitizing spray will be used on all toys during and after each child care group. We suggest you wash your hands or sanitize before and after class.

  5. BELONGINGS & PROPS: Props will be used during class and wiped down after each session. Please keep your belongings near your mat or in the rental cubbies.

  6. WATER: Please bring a refillable water bottle. Saving the Earth and what not.

  7. REGISTRATION: Students are REQUIRED to sign up for class via MindBody prior to arriving at the studio. If you prefer to livestream at home, make sure you sign up for the class marked “LIVESTREAM.” All payments are to be processed online through MindBody prior to arriving. (If you need a discount code please contact the owner.) This is to avoid gatherings in the registration area and protect the students as well as the staff when processing check in. Space is limited.

  8. NO SHOW & CANCELATION FEES: If you register for the class and then cannot make it, please logon to the site and cancel at least 8 hours before class. This will free your spot for another student.  Any no shows or last minute cancellations will be charged a $15 fee automatically.

  9. MASKS: Masks are not required for yoga. You may wear your mask into the studio if you wish and once on your mat, you may remove your mask for the class in order to prevent lack of oxygen or hyperventilation. Once class is over you may return to wearing your mask.

  10. PLACEMENT OF MATS: Our floor is marked off to ensure that mats are placed correctly to keep space for our friends. Students will line up the upper right corner of their mat with the L shape tape.

  11. CLASS PROTOCOLS: Arrive Early. Check in at the front desk upon arrival. Retrieve your mat from the cubby rentals, grab some water or a tea, and head into the studio room. Props will be set up for you. Livestream classes will begin at class time. There will be a separate class link in MindBody for the livestream class. The sign-up process is the same as an in-studio class  and you will receive a streaming link prior to class via email.

  12. BATHROOMS: We have bathrooms with baby changing tables available on both levels. Wash your hands, friends.

  13. 12. LOST/LEFT BEHIND ARTICLES: Mind Body Baby is not responsible for any personal items left behind at the studio. We will hold found items at the front for up to two weeks.
